Beechwood is naturally anti bacterial and does not need washing. Do not submerge the wood in water. Instead, polish it with natural oil (eg: olive, coconut, almond) to keep it longer lasting and maintain a smooth texture. Discard and replace with the first signs of wear and tear and always use with adult supervison.
