Do you offer free postage?
We happily provide free standard postage within Australia for all orders above $75.
It’s unlikely that I’ll be home when my parcel is due to arrive. What do I do?
Unless requested, all parcels are sent without requiring a signature on delivery. Once items are posted, they are the responsibility of Australia Post and Sendle couriers. They will leave your item in a safe place. For locals in postcode 3550, you can enter delivery instructions at checkout. For all other local deliveries, your items will be left in a safe place.
My parcel hasn’t arrived yet. How far away is it?
Once your order has been posted you will receive tracking details via an email notification. These will show the status of your order and anticipated delivery arrival dates. If you require further clarification, we recommend contacting Australia Post or Sendle directly.
I live in Bendigo and would like free local delivery but the checkout is trying to charge postage?
Please make sure your order is above our delivery minimum of $20. Once this occurs, the free local delivery option will appear under the shipping options at checkout.
Where do you deliver to?
We proudly offer free local delivery for all orders over $20 to the following suburbs:
Ascot, Axedale, Bendigo Central, California Gully, Eaglehawk, East Bendigo, Epsom, Flora Hill, Golden Square, Jackass Flat, Junortoun, Kangaroo Flat, Kennington, Long Gully, Maiden Gully, Mandurang, Mandurang South, North Bendigo, Quarry Hill, Spring Gully, Strathdale, Strathfieldsaye, West Bendigo and White Hills.
The free delivery option will appear at checkout once your order is above $20.
For all suburbs in postcode 3550 and 3555, you can enter deliver instructions at checkout.
Do you offer free local delivery to Huntly and Marong?
Sorry, unfortunately these locations are not included in our free local delivery zone.
I don’t live in Bendigo but my friends/family do. Can I have my order delivered to a local Bendigo address to save on postage?
Of course you can! Please make sure the Bendigo address is included in the shipping information and select our free local delivery option at checkout. Please also make the receiver aware that a parcel will be delivered to their address over the coming days (we don’t want to scare them!)
Do you offer click and collect?
We are happy to offer a pick up service when we have a pop up shop open.

How do I return an item?
Pop over to our Returns and Exchanges section for all the information you will need to organise a return.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on full priced orders that have been returned to us in original, unworn condition with tags attached within 7 days of delivery. This excludes any orders paid using Afterpay. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive the package for your refund to be cleared.
What payment types do you accept?
We happily accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay. All our payments are secure.
Credit Notes and Discount Codes:
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Discount codes are a girl’s best friend. You can happily use these as they suit however only one discount code can be used per transaction.
I signed up to your fantastic mailing list. What can I use the sneaky discount code on?
Hooray and thank you! The 10% off discount code you received at sign up is valid for your very first online purchase with Tiny Sprout. Please note that this code is for full priced items only and excludes new arrivals, sale items and gift vouchers.
How long is my credit note valid for?
Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. They cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes and must be used in one transaction.
Why won't my discount code work?
Discount codes can be case sensitive so please ensure you are entering the code exactly as described. Check the expiry date also to make sure the discount code is valid. Discount codes must be used in one transaction.
If a discount code is available for a storewide sale, please take into account that the sale end time is AEST so discount codes will no longer work after this.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
We sure do! Tiny Sprout understands that some people can be a bit of a challenge to buy a gift for so why not let them choose themselves.
We offer both physical gift vouchers and electronic gift cards.
Our physical gift vouchers are perfect for presenting a gorgeous gift. They are printed locally on textured linen paper and enclosed in an enviro friendly envelope. These include a message from you and can be posted directly to the receiver or to yourself for gifting.
Our electronic gift cards are emailed to the receiver and make the perfect quick present. They can be purchased from our ‘Gift Cards’ page.
Both are available to purchase online for the amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. You can also select your own custom amount for electronic gift cards. If you require a custom amount for a gift voucher, we’re happy to oblige! Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Gift vouchers and gift cards expire 9 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift voucher. Should a discount code be applied, the voucher will have this amount debited from the overall amount.
Why does my item appear different to the image on the website?
We attempt to describe the items and display colours, patterns and features of the items as best as possible. If you would like to see a particular feature of an item up close or at a different angle, please feel free to email us at email@example.com and we will take some additional photos to send to you.
What happens if an item I have purchased is not available?
While rare, sometimes items can oversell at peak times on the website. This is due to a payment gateway issue that impacts all websites and is unable to be avoided. This can cause stock discrepancies triggered at checkout and can cause items to sell to multiple people who checkout at the one time. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately and provide further information.
