Uh oh! That item you bought isn't quite right? No stress! We have a returns and exchange policy to help you out.

Returns

We accept returns on full priced items that are in unworn and original condition with all original tags attached.

Please note that returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@tinysprout.com.au. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that your parcel must be received by Tiny Sprout within 7 days of this information being provided.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and additional postage charges for any replacements will apply.

You can opt for a credit note, exchange or refund on your item to the same value as the purchased item. Please note that if Afterpay has been used, a store credit or exchange only are available. Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and must be used in one transaction.

There are strictly no returns accepted on sale items.

Exchanges

If you have selected an incorrect size, we will happily provide an exchange if a request is made within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@tinysprout.com.au. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that your parcel must be received by Tiny Sprout within 7 days of this information being provided.

Faulty/Damaged Items

At Tiny Sprout, we select our stocked items based on the highest quality products available. If you consider an item to be faulty or damaged, please email hello@tinysprout.com.au with details and photos.
