Postage within Australia
We use Australia Post and Sendle for all our postage needs. All parcels are sent with tracking details which are emailed to you separately. We aim to post all orders the same or next business day.
We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders. On orders over $75 we offer free shipping (via standard post).
Standard postage (with tracking): $10
Express postage (with tracking): $15

Standard postage: 2-8 business days
Express postage: 1-4 business days

We proudly offer free local delivery for all orders over $20 to the following suburbs:
Ascot, Axedale, Bendigo Central, California Gully, Eaglehawk, East Bendigo, Epsom, Flora Hill, Golden Square, Jackass Flat, Junortoun, Kangaroo Flat, Kennington, Long Gully, Maiden Gully, Mandurang, Mandurang South, North Bendigo, Quarry Hill, Spring Gully, Strathdale, Strathfieldsaye, West Bendigo and White Hills.
Please note that delivery to Huntly, Woodvale, Myers Flat and Marong is not included.
The free delivery option will appear at checkout once your order is above $20.
For all suburbs in postcode 3550 and 3555, you can enter delivery instructions at checkout.
All deliveries are made within five business days. Generally most deliveries will be made between Monday and Friday. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us.
Local delivery is contactless. All items are left in a safe place (front door/mailbox etc). Once delivered, the item is the responsibility of the customer. An email confirmation will be sent once the item has been delivered.
If you live outside of these areas and accidentally select this option, a separate invoice will be emailed to you for the cost of postage. If this is not paid within 2 days, your item will be refunded.
Click and Collect
We are happy to offer a free pick up service when we have a pop up shop open. This option will appear in checkout if available.
Lost Items/Returned Mail
Please note that Tiny Sprout will not be responsible for parcels that are missing/lost by the postal company. Customers will be required to lodge a dispute with the postal company if a parcel is not delivered. If an item is returned to Tiny Sprout, the customer will be responsible for paying additional postage for this to be sent to a new address.
