- While we send out many parcels every day, we are a small business and we get to know our beautiful customers as every parcel is lovingly wrapped, packed and posted. Our loyalty program will be closely monitored so please don’t try to use it in a way that would hurt our small business. Anyone found doing anything like this will be removed from the squad immediately with all points removed.
